Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 36gl online gaming website accessible at 36gl.net, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 36gl Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 36gl.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their 36gl account wallet using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive values credited to an account by 36gl, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 36gl and applicable Philippine regulations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law and where 36gl does not accept registrations.

By accessing the 36gl Platform, clicking any "I Agree", "Register", or "Continue" button, or by otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including the 36gl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all visits and sessions, whether or not you are logged in to a registered account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. Corporate accounts or agent registrations are not permitted without the prior written consent of 36gl.

To register and use the 36gl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 36gl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 36gl or its affiliated companies.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the 36gl Platform, you must register for a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 36gl. If 36gl detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual (identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or other indicators), all duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice, bonus balances forfeited, and winnings derived from bonus funds reversed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 36gl will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account. You must notify 36gl immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, 36gl requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming GCash, Maya, or bank account ownership).
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume transactions, as required by 36gl's compliance team.

36gl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or frozen withdrawals.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

36gl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Payment methods available to individual Players may vary depending on location, account verification status, and applicable limits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to reflect in your 36gl wallet. 36gl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Silver / Gold tier: Within 24 hours of approval.
• Platinum tier: Within 6 hours of approval.
• Diamond / Black Diamond tier: Within 15–30 minutes of approval, subject to payment provider processing.

36gl reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that trigger AML review criteria. During review, withdrawals may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours without prejudice to the Player's entitlement to the funds, subject to compliance review outcomes.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and VIP tier. Current limits are published on the Cashier page within your account. 36gl may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on 36gl are subject to AML monitoring in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. 36gl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits may require additional verification.

36gl offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP-exclusive rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered after the validity period expires will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped per promotion unless the Player holds Diamond or Black Diamond VIP tier status, in which case higher caps may apply.
• 36gl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players must opt in to promotions before qualifying wagering activity occurs, unless the promotion is credited automatically. Retroactive bonus claims will not be processed.

All games offered on the 36gl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 36gl game verticals:

• All slot games, table games, and live dealer titles are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently audited and verified for fairness.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Bets placed from a Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus. Mixing Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance wagering follows the priority rules stated in the Cashier section of your account.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, the outcome of any completed round will stand. Incomplete rounds will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's technical recovery protocols.
• 36gl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed as a result of an incorrectly displayed price, system error, or manifest software fault.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the time of event start. In-play odds may be suspended or altered at 36gl's discretion based on event developments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36gl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 36gl immediately without exploitation.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission from 36gl.
• Laundering money or conducting any transaction in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first raising the matter with 36gl's support team and allowing reasonable resolution time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 36gl staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

36gl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most, can become problematic for some individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.

All content on the 36gl Platform — including but not limited to the 36gl name, logo, brand identity, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 36gl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 36gl.

Any unauthorised use of 36gl intellectual property, including the scraping of data, copying of game content, or impersonation of the 36gl brand, may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36gl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform, including due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game provider systems, subject to the applicable game provider's dispute resolution process.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where 36gl has taken reasonable security precautions and the breach resulted from the Player's failure to secure account credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from a Player's own decision to gamble, including decisions made under the influence of promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

36gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the 36gl Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used for purposes including but not limited to: account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and the improvement of Platform services. 36gl does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and payment processors where required by law or contractual necessity.

13.1 Suspension by 36gl

36gl reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if: the Player has breached these Terms; the account is subject to a fraud, AML, or KYC investigation; a self-exclusion has been requested; or regulatory requirements compel such action. Suspended accounts will have their balances frozen pending investigation outcome.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 36gl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and KYC must be complete. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned via your last-used verified payment method, less any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 36gl will attempt to notify the registered email address prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100, or the remaining balance if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

36gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 36gl will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 36gl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 36gl, you are encouraged to first contact 36gl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved promptly through this channel. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint mechanisms, or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts with competent jurisdiction.

36gl's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and Platform access are final in the first instance, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
